Appointment Owl ("we," "us," "our") provides SMS text message alerts that notify subscribers when NC DMV appointment slots become available. 3SMS Consent

By checking the consent box on our sign-up page and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS appointment alerts from Appointment Owl at the number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use our service and complete payment without agreeing to SMS — however, without SMS consent we cannot deliver appointment alerts, which is the core function of the Service.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message. See Section 4 for full messaging disclosures.


4SMS / MMS Messaging Disclosures

Program Name: Appointment Owl Alerts

Program Description: Automated text alerts notifying you when NC DMV appointment slots open that match your selected ZIP code and appointment type.

Message Frequency: Varies based on DMV appointment availability. You may receive multiple messages per day when slots are actively opening, or none on slow days.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out.

5How We Share Information

A. Service providers

We share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the Service — including our SMS delivery provider, payment processor (Stripe), hosting services, and analytics tools. These vendors may only use your information to provide services to us, not for their own marketing purposes.
